I tried doing do first acid wash(mixture from Home Depot) to the garage floor but the quick cure stuff was put on a little thick and turned yellow. Should I try to use something a little stronger(muratic acid) or just do another acid strip with the first stuff I used? The concrete has a rough texture to it so it penetrated the cure, just didn't completely remove it.

A muriatic acid and water solution can be used to remove a concrete sealer if it were a water based sealer. Start at a 10/1 solution and apply it to the sealer. If it sizzles through, it will remove it. Increase the dilution rate to no greater than 4/1. If that doesn't work you should use a chemical (paint) stripper that contains xylene or toulene. If it were a solvent based, go straight to the chemical stripper

I can't remember if it was a solvent based or H2O based sealer. I'll try the muratic and go from there. We used a etch/cleaner from Home Depot/Lowes but I don't think it's it's strong enough to get through the quick cure.
