Removing paint from aluminum

A PO used automotive paint on the grill of my Jeep. What product should I use to remove the paint without damaging the finish on the aluminum grill?

Just spray paint? Try acetone, or paint thinner.

If it is automotive (catalyzed) paint get an automotive paint stripper often called aircraft stripper form a automotive paint supply store. Something like this:

Thanks, that looks like it is what I need to do.

Aircraft stripper is the way to go but make sure and wear the correct safety gear it is pretty nasty stuff. But it works awesome
