Removing paint, lacquer, off concrete floor

Hey guys,

Just wondering the best solution to remove (what seems like solvent base) paint, lacquer off concrete floor (left by tenant in my warehouse)

I'm reading paint thinner with cat kitty, probably what I'm gonna try first tomorrow... Also read household bleach.

Should I go as far as "Shotblasting"? or would that wreck a hardened concrete floor?
