Removing plastic trim from Cman tool boxes

Does anyone know if this is just the typical Craftsman/Waterloo tool box with alot of extra plastic trim? It is pretty cheaply priced and I have an existing 26" five drawer Craftsman that I would like to build into a basement bench. This looks like the same box to me; just with alot of excess "ornate-ness". 2 of them side by side would fit the corner I am looking to fill.
Thanks.
Scott

shouldn't be more then either bolted or riveted on i would think. its obviously two pieces, just a matter of persuading them apart.

Pretty sure that's the far cheaper "homeowner" style box, rather than the "normal" 26" Craftsman boxes/combos that's sold.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going over Saturday morning to see it in person.
