If you don't get a good answer from the polymer manufacturer, you could always ask the paver manufacturer about the most aggressive cleaning options on the table that won't damage the paver. A stiff brush and something that's not abrasive on the paver.
I can't tell from the picture, but is that paver a porcelain tile?
Anyway, time is always of the essence with cleanup of a curing chemical. The longer it has to cure, the more stuck it becomes.
