Removing recessed one way security screws

Done. The previous owners went easy on me and only installed 8 of the 12 possible screws.

- #5 60 degree HSS center drill
- #1 from this HF set

I quite like the HF extractor set. I didn't want the type that had the drill on one end and the extractor on the other. No clue if they'd hold up to being used in a cordless driver, I used them in a 1/4" hand ratchet wrench.

No damage to the bars so I can gift them and minimal damage to the trim.

Same as the link in first post (which opens fine for me).

Surprisingly small size. If it had been ground level I could have probably kicked the damn thing off.

Why would they use one way security screws for that??

They're designed to keep your hostage from escaping....
