Removing Tire Marks from Fresh Concrete

I have had the concrete for about a month but i have some marking from the scissor lift i had in the garage. I would like to clean it and put the densifier down then the sealer from ghost shield.

Any recommendations on cleaning it? I tried a pressure washer and some detergent, and it removed most of it. But some of the darker ones are worse and cannot be removed.

May need a light grind or sanding.

Stiff bristled brush and a power washer with a 30* tip. But time and traffic will also help.
