I picked up a 99 705 and was going to switch it over to the Amsoil syn oil. The info on the Amsoil says to check the valves for build up and clean per oem spec. Looks simple enough but I can seem to remove the plugs to get to the valves. I used a caliper tool that has the two nubs on it but it wouldnt budge. I saw the Saylor Beall tool for like $175 :eyecrazy: online but Im ready to go that route.

So is that somthing that I really have to do to switch over to the syn oil? Id love to check them but dont want to break anything doing it. If it is somthing I should do, any ideas on how? Thanks

Built this tool for $6.50. Placed it into a 1 1/8 impact socket and the valves jumped out of the head.
