Removing Wayne Dalton garage door trolley arm attachment operator bracket clevis ring stuck

Hey....I am doing some work where I need to remove the subject bracket. If things get more involved I will start a new thread.

However at this time I was wondering if you have any tips on getting that key ring off and if it does get to where I have to cut it off if another type of Clevis or cotter pin is allowed for the this application.

Had to pull the trolley arm off and work on it on a bench. Strip grips cracked it loose. Self resolving.

probably it was not in a neutral position and there was a load on it.
