Renting a Edco grinder

Im going to be prepping my new to me shop floor soon enough here , 1600 sq feet using a PPG amerlock system. The Edco grinder that i can rent from a local rental outfit is 2 head 20" swath grinder and they have these diama serts or dots too choose from. Im not sure which to go with ? Floor is 15 years old has a smooth power troweled finish, I have to fill lots of cracks and degrease lots of oil stains first but wanna rent the right tool .. Thx

Dyma sert, 36 grit/each
Dyma Sert, 80 grit /each

sealer is 3 mil
two coats of base 8 mil
meagaseal top coat 10 mil

If you just wanted it smooth and apply a densifier could you get it with just the finer grit
