Hello,
I have a painted floor on a solid concrete floor now. There is no peeling or chipping.
The floor paint is estimated to be 5 years old. There is no shine left in the paint.
The paint has a flat sheen.
My only complaint is that i am getting staining that is becoming harder to remove.
Today I used an aggressive floor brush with soap and water. It came out better, but the floor has stains from tire and oil spots.
I am interested in either repainting the floor or using some type of clear coat.
I would like to go a shape lighter.
There are no flakes just paint.
There seems to be no sand for grit in the paint now.
I want a nicer sheen, but do not want an Ice skate slippery.
What are my options?
