Repainting runways on 4-post lift

Hello everyone. First time poster with a question.
The textured paint on the runways of my lift is peeling and flaking from salt/moisture . I will be repainting, just not sure what to use. Automotive undercoating or truck bed liner or ?
Anyone had a similar problem and successfully solved it? If so what did you use?

I always used truck bed liner in a shop but had to re do it every other year.
