I picked this up at a sale. Nice but the lever is missing. Is it worth trying to warranty at Ace or somewhere and if that fails where does one get a repair kit for the ratchet?

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't spend a dime to repair it especially when you can buy a quality used SK roundhead on Ebay for $15-20.

Here's a repair kit on ebay. Unless this ratchet is particularly sentimental to you, you could get a higher-quality ratchet for your money. Rinspeed mentioned the SK roundhead, which is a great, inexpensive choice. Here's one on ebay.

Or buy a used 44809 for $20 or less and keep that one for spares. I would just throw it in a drawer and wait for one in the wild.

I don't recall the series chart that's online if it's a Chinese version or not. If it's Chinese than warranty it. if it's USA then I would rebuild it.

P.S. Just looked up the chart, it's a Danaher-made 2008 circa code. USA made. Craftsman switched over to Chinese gear drives around 2011, and those are not interchangeable with older rats.
