Ripped up the carpet and found terrazzo. The tack strips really damage the floor so i need to find an appropriate epoxy to fill the holes, something to color epoxy with, a source for some colored stones and an appropriate angle grinding disc to make is smooth.

Also, what can i use to polish the while floor without spending an arm and a leg?

Isn't terrazzo a ground cement product? I'd think that a grout would make a better filler than epoxy. Or maybe a tinted epoxy grout?

Our HD110 Concrete Repair Material can be used, then ground/polished smooth.
Diamabrush makes polishing pads for the Clarke unit and if it's small enough you could polish with a hand polisher. They are coming down in price on Amazon.

Good luck.
