repairing cheap floor jacks?

Have an old floor jack that used to work quite well. Now, I can't get it (to go) up. Removed the small piston connected to the handle and found a broken part. The question is, are these parts available, or would they cost 1/2 as much as a new Chinese jack? Thanks.

You can rebuild that jack. All you really need to do one is replace the metric "O" rings on the main ram and pump. What you have pulled is just the pump. The bottle jack laying on its side between the rails is more than likely the problem and will need to be removed and rebuilt.
