I need to repair the concrete floor in my garage where it meets the driveway.

I have several edges chipped off and some missing concrete about the size of a dime and I was thinking of using epxoy patch to fix those damaged edges.

Has anybody done this before, will the epoxy hold up good in those areas or should I just leave it and apply the coating?

Thanks

Might work, depending on the condition of the concrete. Is it continuing to come off? Or has it stopped cracking/breaking up? It will discolor, if anything.

It just chipped off where it meet the driveway I think it came off when they remove the form when pour the floor.

I just want a perfect edge and not sure should I just leave it or not because it might not worth while to fix it because it is exposed outside about 6 inches from the garage door and I am in Toronto and our winter gets pretty nasty sometimes and I worry about the expension / contraction rate between the two materials (concrete & epoxy), what do you think?

Thanks for your post!

I already bought some epoxy crack filler (like a putty) but my concern is there are some missing / chips on the very edge of the garage floor where it meets the asphalt driveway.

The driveway is about less than quarter of an inch lower than the garage floor itself and not sure if I want to patch those small area because since the chipped concrete is at the very edge of the floor and there won't be very much epoxy left after patching and grinding.

Any suggestions there?

Thanks
