I am trying to find a replacement arbor nut for a Craftsman 351.221160 Table Saw.
I don't have the nut that goes on the arbor. I measured the shaft that receives the nut and it measures as follows. The OD of the shaft is 5/8 (or 15.8/15.9mm). The thread pitch is 2mm. I attached a photo showing the shaft with a scale for reference. I believe it's right hand? The blade spins towards the operator, so I would imagine the nut has to turn in the opposite direction? I don't know if it's an ACME thread. Unfortunately, neither sears or Craftsman sell the replacement nut anymore and they don't offer a substitute. The Sears nut part number is 31059 (it's discontinued). We have tried all sorts of nuts. None of them work. We initially thought it was an M16-2 but realized that wasn't correct. Again we believe it's english (5/8). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
