snap on swapped the box under warranty, My old one had a issue with a drawer not closing, figured out the bottom was off 2-3 mm on one side. 30 minutes after we figured that out district rep called and said order a new box. I have to say snap on stepped up and stood behind their product

I didn't realize you had that many 2" drawers in your other box or did you change a little with the new one? Enjoy George

If you haven't put the handle on yet, put a little bit air tool oil on the bolts. That helps them cut into the powder coat easier.

Thanks, It actually has 2 handles,

The best thing to do is run the oiled bolts all the way through the threads by themselves first and then backing them out before putting the handle on.

Box was hauled here By a moving company, alot of the bigger boxes are too long for the Lift gates on the tool trucks.

Pretty sure he got a smoking deal, also having a bucnh of boxes with tools would sux. I have a similar box(no custom colors or drawer setup) and I love it.

My box was swapped under warranty, because the bottom was welded incorrect, as far as the casters if all 4 are set to swivel box is a little more difficult to roll but lock 2 in place and its easy

I rolled my about 200 feet across the warehouse at work with zero issue it does take 2 people because its 84 inches long and weighs 1174 lbs empty

The casters are made to be in a certain direction when you roll Them in a certain direction that's the problem in that thread. Think shopping cart
