replacement handle or fake snap on screwdriver?

Is this a replacement handle? Or possibly a Williams/Industrial snap on screwdriver? I am just familiar with older black hard handles and not the new ones.

The style certainly looks right, but not the lettering/embossing. I'm going to say it is Snap-on/Williams for the fact that I have never seen a handle like that style that wasn't theirs.

I'd offer him a $3 bill for that. Snappy screwdrivers say Snap on. Always.

Yah I have some like that Snap On but made for Katun. A copier/ printer tools parts company. Some say Snap On one side and katun on the other and some say ssda then some number for the size and Snap On will not warranty them!!.
