Replacement screen door for sliding glass door?

Good evening

We have a sliding glass door in our kitchen that goes out on a deck. There's no access to the deck so security is no concern, and it's getting on that time of year when we might want to leave the door open at night because hopefully the nighttime temps soon will be below the 75F we typically keep the AC at.

The current screen door is beyond repair. I thought I could fix it but then it blew off again in a heavy storm and now there isn't a straight piece on it. I tried putting it back up replacing the one screw I knew was stripped and it immediately came off the track the first time I opened it. It's done.

I just need a universal screen door made to dimensions, it has little thin rollers that run on a narrow track, as I would assume that most do.

I looked online and saw that such a thing is sold, but can anyone recommend a specific vendor? I have no idea who made teh screen door originally and the house was built in the mid 90s. I'm renting so want to do a good repair but keep it budget friendly. The old screen had a cat flap in it and if the new one could too that'd be a bonus, as I'm trying to domesticate one of the neighborhood cats who has taken a liking to me.

Have you checked with some local glass places ?? We have several down here in Waldorf/LaPlata that would make something for you. There has got to be somebody in the Baltimore area.

we have 6' and 8' sliders. got new screens at HD. but that was 2013-2014.

as I'm trying to domesticate one of the neighborhood cats who has taken a liking to me.

my input with this as repairing /replacing /making screens for a good chunk of my repair /maintenance business... they are quite easy to make up from kits . just try to get an extruded aluminum frame kit over a rolled aluminum frame kit. they are a lot more ridged

When we bought our place the the original screens for the sliders were long gone, and the replacements were pretty much junk. I managed to keep 'em functional for a while, but we ended up replacing all the windows, and both sliders. Sooo much better now.

Only thing I can add is that I have retractable screen doors on my French doors. So far 3 years old and work the same as they did when new. Check Larson Doors https://www.larsondoors.com/collections/door-window-screens They make them for sliders also but I know nothing about those.

How about one of those generic screens that magnet together in the middle so you can walk through them and they go right back?
they also make a screen that mounts on one side in a retractor, kind of like the roll up shades but this works sideways
