I have a leaky faucet in my garage. I am trying to find a replacement or find something that will work. This set up is obviously different than a kitchen or bathroom faucet. Does anyone know how I can either make it so a newer faucet will fit onto this setup or where I can find a replacement? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

That is interesting!

So ....... the hot water stem broke off?

Most of those old style stems are still available -- as long as the seat inside is OK or can be cleaned up you should be able to fix it.

I just replaced a set from a bar sink from the 50's -- my local hardware store had it. You may not find it at the big box stores.

I had to replace some parts on an old [40s??] sink faucet a few yr. back. I had no luck at any brick-and-mortar places. Even after talking my way into a couple of wholesale, huge supply houses.

I spent endless hours searching on the web. Gave up a few times. Finally, I did find what I needed on the web. The parts were costly, but in my situation there was not much I could do but replace the entire sink outfit if I couldn't repair the faucet.

Keep looking. I have never seen anything like what you have there.

plumbing supply store carries these. They are typically used in commercial applications
