Replacing old pressure washer:Recommendations

The old pressure washer finally gave up the ghost after many years of use. So anybody have any suggestions on anything that's good, or to stay away from? going to stay with electric. Do I go with the Harbor freight one:http://https://www.harborfreight.com/1750-psi-13-electric-pressure-washer-63255.html

or go with something from Home Depot?

Thanks, that seems a bit more than I was looking to spend. Hopefully under $200. The HF one is 99, if I use a 20% off coupon, it's even lower. But, is it any good? Does anybody here have one?

I just bought a SunJoe SPX 3000 for home use. 2yr warranty + 3mos. for registering online. 2030 psi, and buying it direct I got 15% off when the pop up window on their site came up. My total $126.

A bunch of us have the $119 electric Ryobi model and are happy with them. AR Blue is another good name in electric washers. No electic is gonna last forever unless you spend big money. They aren't replacements for larger units - but as long as you know what to expect you're good.

On the Ryobi washers - they will probably go on sale again. I think they went down to $79 when a bunch of us picked them up. One nice thing, aside from it being so small and light, is that it takes standard gas washer tips. Also - 3yr warranty from Ryobi, another 2yrs through home Depot was like $12.. I'm happy with mine.

Bob, will you be using it to put out fire? Ha,,, an old joke. But, you buy other good equipment, this is something where good really makes a difference. Twice as good really is twice as good and 2x is really noticeable with these. It is limited by the circuit, only so much power can come out of a 20A outlet no matter how good the machine. I see they now list warm water units. Its worth surfing around Direct to see whats up.

If you were happy with an electric I'd go with the lowest price you can find with accessories you want. They all appear to have the same cheap hoses, which was my main beef with my HF electric. The first hose failed the first use and HF gave me a new replacement. The second I babied and it lasted a couple yrs...with lots of tape to slow the split leaks. I used it to clean the house for painting, cleaning driveway and cleaning lawn equipment. It was only used a couple times a yr. Cord length was too short for me and using an extension made it shut down until cool again. Someone stole it and next go around is a gas unit with a real hose.
