Hello,
I have a wire feed welder (cheap harbor freight) and at some point while moving things in my garage I inadvertently set something heavy on the feed line (the line where the wire and gas run from the welder itself to the trigger/gun assembly). Doing so I kinked the hose/liner that the wire runs through to the point that it is affecting operation. I had a millwright look at it an he said the liner needed to be changed. How does one do this? Does the entire assembly require changing (gas line, wire line, outer covering) or can wire hose be replaced separately? Is this a part that is specific to the welder or is it something that can be bought off the bulk reel at the hardware store?
Thanks.
