Reply/post editor broken?

So noticed a few things not working suddenly:

-quotes no longer bold format
-reply window font seems... different
-can't click to change font, color, smilies, pics etc (I have an example but can't post it!)

Apologies, had a brain cell fire after I posted and searched "grayed out"

Editor options grayed out?

I probably clicked on something inadvertently, all of my editor options are grayed out. I would post a picture... but that's grayed out, too. Suggestions? -- Carl
