reproducing Logan/powermatic "nameplate"/change-gear plaque

I am going to have a new change gear chart made for my 12" Logan Powermatic lathe - if anyone else has a similar lathe and would like a new one (my old one is illegible), please get in touch with me -if 5 or 10 folks join me, these will cost around $50 each. The lathe looks generally like this (my lathe) though there are other versions wbnoble.com/tools/Logan-Lathe.JPG The nameplate/chart design is shown below for both Logan and Powermatic versions of the lathe - this is different from the chart Scott Logan has on the Logan Actuator site, that one is for different Logan lathes. I'm having the reproduction made because I'm tired of having a paper copy of the chart pasted to the wall near my lathe, it's just icky. The new one will be etched and powder coated, not silk screened enamel like the original, so it should last a whole lot longer.

I used to make data plates for early computer equipment as a kid in the early 70's.

We would "print" the artwork directly to photo-sensitive aluminum plate with transparencies and a sun lamp, wipe off the "softened" plastic with acetone (if I remember correctly), and have a beautiful black on silver data plate. A clear coat to make it durable. I think it was a 3M product.

I wouldn't be surprised if all the materials are still available. Check it out if you strike out on the other option.
