Finally located a Snap-on tool wall cabinet in my local area at the right price.
Someone started a project by having a paint shop spray cabinet to match their anniversary Harley.
Was going to re-paint, but might just leave it as is. Color scheme kind of growing on me.

Cabinet needed a replacement glass door fitted/installed/inside bracket rivet’d in place. The replacement glass they bought was just a hair tall and likely one reason their project went unfinished.

Found a local glass shop that would not cut the glass(tempered glass), but asked them to try and grind a little amount from top and bottom to see if we could get glass to fit. I would pay them even if it shattered. They agreed, it worked and fit.

Always wanted a closed door wall tool cabinet w/pegboard, but don’t like traditional fiber board systems/tool holders falling out or get loose over time.
After researching settled on Beta Tool mesh metal panel. Yes, odd spacing/hole size so need to use their brackets and tool holders, but a single panel was a perfect fit. Well, almost… had to install at an angle to get it past the opening. Had a brief Oh $hit moment!

Bought some female standoffs with male threads on other end via McMaster-Carr. Measured twice, drilled and installed tool panel onto cabinet & installed a aluminum french cleat on back for mounting to wall using same standoff’s. Worked out nicely.

Now that its going to work, just ordered some Beta Tool accessories for hanging wrenches(do woodworking without dust collection). Also will modify some Beta Tool holders for hanging SAE/Metric nut driver set and hang key screwdrivers that are used on a regular basis. Whatever space is available will add in few other items.

Ran out of room in a MBC rolla tool box.
Items moving into wall cabinet will give space back for items not accessed that frequently.

Got brackets modified to fit SAE & Metric nut-drivers this weekend. A little more file work/cleanup and will paint.
Add a few more small items and calling it done.

Thank you. Much appreciated.
Got to give a shout out to Beta Tool brand tool board system and hangers/brackets.
Yes, pricy compared to other peg board solutions, but this wall cabinet is end-game for me. All hangers are captive with a screw and won’t back out until I want to remove or reposition a specific item.
