Knipex's Knipex Spring Hose Clamp Pliers attempts to put all specialty hose clamp pliers under one roof. I've a lot of great things regarding these pliers. Heck, Knipex even promoted these pliers through a YouTube video demonstrating how versatile these pliers truly are.

I like mine for the most part. I would like to see a smaller length pair though. I recently got their locking version (8551250AF), they're really nice too along with the pair for quick clamps.
However, even though these are great for easy to access clamps, you can't beat the versatility of a good set of cable operated hose clamp pliers.
