Residential garage lighting help..

In the process of building a new construction home and started discussing the garage lighting with the electrician.. The house designer only put 4 fixtures on the plans for the garage but I thought it could use a little more.. The garage is roughly 25ft deep by 26ft wide.. The ceiling varies as the first 8 or so feet has the ceiling height at about 10ft while the rest of the garage is at 12-13ft high.. The electrician said that since the space is not heated I should go with some led type fixtures.. Below is a picture of the layout I came up with.. Was looking at the 4ft 4 bulb Feit Electric LED fixture.. The fixture is rated at 7100 lumens total (all 4 bulbs together).. I originally was looking at a different brand that had 6 bulbs at 12k lumens but electrician said it would be overkill.. The garage is just a basic residential garage.. Nothing fancy and no real "work" other then basic car maintenance/installs that I do from time to time.. Any opinions? Below is the garage layout I came up with and a picture of the fixture I am looking at... Thanks for any help..

The layout looks good to me. It all depends on how you plan on using the garage. The only issue I can see is if the garage doors are open, the lights above them would be somewhat blocked. Nice garage!
