About 2 years ago I had the perfect chance to either epoxy or tile my garage floor. After doing research and basically looking at all of the pretty pictures online I went with tile. To narrow down all of the choices of tile I got samples from some companies and when they all arrived I narrowed it down to the tile from www.floorsurfaces.com. Its a PVC flexible floor tile called Resilia, and its a little pricey!
I ordered over 200 squares ( each one is 12" x 12" ) and laid them out in my garage in the pattern I wanted, and everything was great!
About a year passed and I started to notice the center of the tiles were getting dirty. Only the center, very strange, so I started cleaning them with some cleaner. Then after a couple of weeks its back! Dirt was collecting and sticking to the center of the tiles and it wasnt easy cleaning 200 tiles! each one took a lot of elbow grease.

So I called www.floorsurfaces.com and they reported they have never heard of that before. I had to keep calling him back to see what to do about this ( They offer a 10 year money back gaurentee ) and finally after a couple months I shipped him two of the tiles. (This was on April 2nd) so he could investigate.
Its now July 18th! and he still has no solution. He wants to figure out what the stuff is on the tile, but does it really matter what it is? The question should be, why is it only dirty in the center of the tile?
The only thing I can think of is during the mold process the center either didnt get 'cooked' enough ( center of cake theory ) or during the removal they pull them out by the corners which would stretch the center...
Anyways... Any ideas? or Help?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND using www.floorsurfaces.com by the way!
