Updated inventory will be out soon (I will start a new thread)... lots of other stuff besides fasteners this time around, too... mostly electrical stuff, such as crimp connectors.

I should be able to put together grade 5 and grade 8 assortments this time around also...

I don't think there's much metric in this lot either. There is a bit, but not enough to make an assortment.

Me too... but here is a teaser...

Some of what's there:

every kind of crimp connector imaginable
heat shrink
clips
wire nuts
automotive fuses
automotive fuse holders
automotive relays
automotive circuit breakers
automotive fuse blocks
automotive lamps
flashers
trailer lights
hose clamps
abrasives
couple of cases of anti seize spray
couple of cases of copper anti seize

and lots and lots of fasteners.

I'm sure there's more non-fastener stuff mixed in with the fasteners. I spent the day going through it but only scratched the surface.

I do have a full time job, and this week I have to travel for said job, so I won't be able to get back to this until saturday at the earliest. Please do me a favor and don't PM me asking if I have "X" yet. I'll make a list and update it in reasonable increments. I'll let you guys know when its complete. at that point, if it's not on there, I don't have it!

For reference.. in the last couple of pics--the two boxes of crimp connectors are sitting next to a 40" tire...

I come by it by looking for industrial supply companies (small ones) or hardware stores that are going out of business, and buy all or part of their inventory. Yeah its a side job, and its a hell of a lot of work.

Shoot I thought maybe I needed to calm down when I had almost 30lbs of bolts on my list before I really thought about it, now i'm sure when I do place an order its going tick off some USPS guy.

Yeah, I'm ancy. I check classifieds 3-4 times a day just for this, so I don't miss stuff.

almost there!!! I only have fine thread grade 5, socket heads, metric (don't get excited, there isn't much) and misc to do. That should be done tomorrow.

I hope to have the crimp connector inventory done tonight, but it may take me a few days to price it. Believe me guys, I'm going as fast as I can. This stuff takes a lot of time.

Alex, 2 ques's for you:

1) Do you offer to stuff as much as will fit into the flat rate US Priority Mail boxes?

2) Will the current stock you've listed in the larger grade 8 bolts/nuts/washers still be offered at the same price when you list the new stock?

My last order, he had the the two largest priority boxes crammed full.

1. Yes, fuller than full!
2. I'm only going to discount sizes 7/8 and larger for now. I may consider discounting the shorter lengths in the larger diameters (1/2 to 3/4 in 1 to 2" lengths) if there's interest in larger quantities in those sizes.

OK, finished the standard inventory tonight. I have a pallet of metric stuff, but I need to get a guage to measure it. Its mostly larger stuff, so I don't know how much interest there will be...

Also, it doesn't look like there's quite enough stock to make assortments, unfortunately. still some gaps.

Having said that, there are almost 450 lines on the list. Lots of good stuff. I hope to post a new thread tonight, unless I pass out. Tomorrow night at the latest.
