Restoration

I am restoring 2 putty knives and a tin shear and I am looking for some help in identifying their age. The putty knives are Red Devil models P1-1 1/4 S and P13-2F. The tin shear is a Red Diamond. I can’t make out the model number. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

If it says IRVINGTON, NJ on the blade, it's from 1949 and earlier. If it says, UNION, NJ on the blade, it's from 1950 or later.
