Restoring gloss to broadcast floor?

We have a broacast style epoxy floor in the shop, probably around 5 years old. It sees light traffic but has slowly lost its luster. At least it looks that way to me. There are also some areas in the washbay where it appears the floor has darkened. (floor and drains are dirty in the pic, but the darker areas are what I want to illustrate)

We use a Factory Cat rotary floor scrubber (with the blue pad over a nylon bristle disc) bi-weekly for light cleaning, with a mild soap.

Is there any way to bring back that 'wet look' to the floor - like a better cleaner?

Or can a fresh topcoat be applied?

I would go with another round of topcoat. If you know the original manufacture, to be 'safe' follow their instructions for best adhesion.

Keep in mind, you will lose a little texture by adding a neat coat.
You can lightly grind and add a sealer coat of clear uv tolerant 100 percent solids epoxy.
Naturally, a solvent wipe after grinding.

Thats asking for trouble scotty. Touch a grinder to a broadcast floor and they will blow off their chips. Of course you meant lightly but any highs in the floor will be without flakes when a grinder hits it. Best to go with a sandpaper. 80-100 grit or so.... lightly. All you need is to degloss it. If top coating, an aggressive cleaner will remove your stains. Did this have a clear top coat applied?
