Restoring my grandfathers vise

Finally getting around to restoring this vise my dad gave me. I never met my grandfather, but this was his. I don't know much about vintage vices but this is obviously a Columbian 144.

What are the chances of me finding a swivel base for this?

Should not be that difficult to find one that will fit, keep your eyes open. Here is mine on a Record No. 5 that might work.
