Restoring Sun Battery Charger

I have an old Sun Battery Charger that I was looking to restore or at the very least make it functional again. It currently doesn't work and wanted to reach out to the Garage Gurus to see if anyone has worked on one of these.

It is a SUN BC-360. The main question is are there any schematics for this charger? I haven't had any luck looking up any information on this charger. I would love to do a complete resto on it but figure it would be a better idea to get it working first. Then the next question is about paint. Are there any paint codes out there for these old Sun machines?

I like the look as it sits. Throw a coat of wax on it to make it shine a bit. New cables and clamps to round it out after you clean out the innerds.

There is not much too those things. hopefully you find just a blown fuse and not a bad transformmer.
