I ve been fixing up a 1940s K-55W and a 1950s KR-437. Some of the friction slides need replaced does anyone know if they have a new parts number and when they stopped using the 3/4 wide slides. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Looks like a good project. Welcome to the GJ, Alawson2442

Please document your progress with a lot of pictures. I do not think I ever saw KR-437 with bottom drawers - this is nice!

I am not sure if Snap On has new slides, but it might be worth calling them directly and asking (they might). If not, somebody on GJ might have them (a lot of us have extra parts from old boxes/tools/etc)

I have a box from 1974 that needed slides. I gave snap on a call and gave them the model number. The representative looked up the box, asked what drawer needed the slides and sent me replacements. The parts fit and worked perfectly. Although, the part numbers were different from the originals.
