Well, this weekend I'll be putting up a shed in the back yard for all the lawn equipment. Once that is set I'll be able to really concentrate on setting my garage up how I want it. I do a lot of motorcycle repair (everyone and their brother seems to lol)in my garage and I want to take everything out and start from scratch. I know there will be some wiring to do and stuff which is no problem. Just coming up with a layout is a tricky thing for me. My spaces typically seem to just evolve and more often then not I junk everything up. This happens even when I instituted a bin system and a lable system lol. I guess I'm just meant to work in clutter.

Anyway I just wanted to say I look forward to sharing and seeing what you guys think.

Blast! The shed didn't get put up last weekend due to rain on the scheduled work day. I'll be working on it after work on days that the weather permits. I'm still stoked to get this garage restructuring rolling but at the same time I'm kinda bummed because I had to wait longer than anticipated.

Woo hoo! Got my shed all done today. I know its just a 7x7 resin shed, but I'm excited to finally get my garage into some kind of shape lol. I'll try to take some in process and complete pictures.

That's what I'm trying to sort out. I've been to the motorcycle thread lol that's actually why I joined, because it looks like a cool place to hang out.

looks like you need to put the decorations away..

then get the trash can, and start throwing "stuff" away.
pick up tools and put them where they belong
pick a spot and start cleaning
put up to shelving as high on the wall as you can for storage

i'm not a huge fan of pulling everything out of the garage to reorganize,
all that happens is you have the mess mess in the driveway to all to see.

i really dont want my neighbors, or a passerby, to know whats in my garage.

Yeah I do need to organize it. There isn't really any trash outside of designated containers. I need to upgrade my storage from using cardboard boxes and such to actual storage solutions. Most of the decorations are behind other things that need to come out so...everything is getting pulled.
