$50 hospital “resurection cart” as it’s labeled

Scrap guy sold it to me, came out of a hospital

The stainless drawers work awesome as a parts storage cart for long term projects. Bag and tag parts, throw in drawers, and walk away till needed again
I’ve had atleast 6 engines in this cart over last couple years while they waiting on machine shop or parts22368DB7-9B3E-4BB0-8E97-7C481E798256.jpeg

Probably cost at least $3,000 new...
That's what I was thinking! It was probably purpose-built for hospital environments from a specialized manufacturer and worth a small fortune.

Now a project cart? Awesome.

I'd like to know more about what the hospital used it for. Is this what they would grab to try to save someone who is actively dying? How would it have been equipped?

Looks like a great shop cart.

Our crash carts at work aren't quite that fancy, they are just powder coated steel. It might have been used in a surgery suite since it is stainless for ease of cleaning.

Wow, that is really cool. I have a few plastic hospital carts that I got free from the curb, that are surprisingly sturdy, but yours is better.
