Since joining here, I've inventoried my tools. I'm a retired millwright, so there were two sets, home and work. But there was a few gaps. One was a 18mm 1/2" drive 12pt deep. In the past I've bought my work tools from industrial suppliers using the company discount, Proto or Gray . So I thought to buy one of those brands. Acklands Granger is no longer bricks and mortar , just on line. The auto parts dealer where I had gotten Gray and the bricks and mortar industrial suppliers only sell Jet. No Proto or Gray any more. Jet is good enough except they only stocked 6pt. The tool store was going out of Proto, using Gearwrench as their top end. Gearwrench are short broached, which I dislike. In the end , out of Amazon.ca.'s poor selection, I got a S-K.

Finding places to buy good tools was never that easy. Why else would auto mechanics pay truck prices?
