Hi everyone! I have just retired last year and have a great amount of tools and boxes I would like to sell. Snap-On, Matco, Ingersol Rand, Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Craftsman, etc.. I have a large bottom and top box, plus a roll-around full of tools. From 1/4" to 1" drive. Everything a heavy equipment tech would need. I would like to sell in a all-up deal, or seperately. Everything is in good condition, ready to use. Let me know if you are interested!

ED: welcome to the forum. most of us have one or two garages full of tools, but we always could use a few more. sorry i don't need any, but as you get to know some of us maybe you'll find a local guy to sell or trade stuff with so you won't have to spend time shipping them.

are you keeping any cars or trucks or calling it quits and moving to a condo or an island where you walk on the beach in your flip flops?

cheers and post up some pictures if you can and tell us more about your plans now that you are not punching a clock.

Congratulations on retirement. I am still a few years away from it myself and have often thought of how I would thin out my tools. While it would be nice to sell most everything as a package deal. That limits you, as not too many people would have the funds to do so and most who are working in the industry don't need a complete set of tools again. My suggestion would be to break things down into groups and sell off that way, think of it as a new part time job. The classifieds here and Ebay are good places with lots of exposure to potential buyers. Enjoy you retirement most of all.
