Hi all. My name is Wes. I retired last week and moved from Houston (Baytown) to Yantis, TX, and so the journey begins. I purchased several small buildings (HOA restrictions) and will begin personalizing to my needs little by little. I will post to the specific subforums lots of various questions. Hopefully I will gain knowledge from everyone's experience for my pending projects. May not get get the projects finished speedily because I am 500 ft. from the boat ramp on Lake Fork.
