After determining we were staying in our house in Mass. for retirement, got the OK to put up a barn. Decided on a metal 24'x40' with 12' sidewalls and 3 10'x10' roll up doors. Went with a 6" slab with 4000# concrete.

I only wish.....
So, heated? Insulated? Surface mount air line and AC power to spare? Nice going!
Enjoy your retirement.

Hung 12 40 watt LED lights. Got them on sale at Job Lot for $12.00 each. Bought 18 of them but the 12 seem sufficient for my use. Bill C

We lived in Westborough for 25 years. Raised the kids there with an excellent education in the public schools, built my business there. Massholes have their issues, but I seemed to fit right in. The girls are now in CA and, therefore, so are we, but I miss the hell out of MA and would go back in a minute. I kinda timed out of the winters, but a couple months in Mexico and life would be good. Congrats on your retirement and your new building. Good decision in my book.
