I have been working on my two stall for a couple of years now. It was a mess at the start. I wish I would have taken some better pics along the way. The 50s craftsman shop was a big inspiration on my work bench. Thank you. I did my own thing but you can tell where the idea came from. Thats how I found this site actually, searching for art deco 50s shop ideas. Now that the shop is almost done I have a 49 Dodge and a 29 model A to build. Still have a lot of tools and signs to move in too.

Hind sight being 20/20. I would do a few things different, but in the end I am happy with the end result.

The table I got of craigslist for 20 bucks. I welded some plates and wheels on the bottom, took the top off and welded some 1/2 inch plate steel. Now it seems like a pretty nice weld table. The grey building is the first project i have done in there. Its a chicken coop. This weekend I am planning on taking it out, putting some shingles on it to match the house, and pulling the 49 dodge in to get started. After all its suppose to be a speed shop not a hen house. The wood behind the bar is from an old fox farm my grandpa took down years ago. Its very old wood. The timbers I got free from work too.

I would not have used 1/2 inch ply. It was a pain to get that radius. Thanks you all for the nice comments.
