Hey guys, Ive searched and yet to have found a thread on procedures or experiences with returns on different tool brands. I'm looking for basically anyone's experienced or knowledge with any brands, Excluding craftsman husky Kobalt and the trucks. For example Ive found Fastenal is a good spot for returns/exchanges for GW. If they don't have your tool they will send it out and usually have good turn around time. I know Sears wont do that.
