Hello everyone! I'm trying to put together a small leather working set to make sheaths for various sharp objects around the house. Right now, I'm looking for a good, revolving leather punch. I've got it down to two choices:
1. KNIPEX 90 70 220 Revolving Punch Pliers
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0048F247A/?tag=atomicindus08-20
2. Herm Sprenger Leather Hole Punch
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003NY844O/?tag=atomicindus08-20
I've done a little research, and the Sprenger seems to be THE revolving leather punch, but I'm a Knipex fan-boy (it doesn't hurt that they're half the price either). Has anyone had experience with either of these punches? Does anyone have alternative suggestions to a punch? All advice and opinions appreciated!
