Rewire compressor motor ?

I am switching my old spare compressor from hi voltage to low. looking at the schematic I see it says "non reversible". does this mean it can not be changed back to hi voltage or it cannot be run in reverse rotation?

It clearly states the voltage can be 115/230 meaning either or...

The wiring diagrams for both voltages is right on the motors nameplate at the bottom.
