Ok, I have a brand new Reznor V3 UDAP 75k furnace, tstat is a white rogers 1e56N-361, R going to R terminal on the back panel of the heater, W4 on tstat to W1 on heater. Gas line purged of all air,leak tested,heater cycles,clicks like its trying to litre, but the gas valve I don't think is opening,tried several times thinking it may still have air but after 12 times I figured theirs more to it..
Gas valve is a honeywell with a off/ on switch on top...it is on.
I don't know what i'm missing? the transformer is sending out around 27 volts, I checked the R terminal at the t stat and the w4 as well, they were both reading 27 volts...is this normal?
