Reznor venting questions

I have a Reznor UDAP75 I just hung in my detached garage. I was going to run the vent horizontally out the adjacent wall since it would be a 4 ft total run, except I started reading through all of the venting requirements and the planned vent location exit is near the outdoor gas meter location - it looks like I need 4' horizontal clearance from the gas meter.

Also, I need to terminate 6" minimum from the exterior wall (it is brick) but 3' below an overhang. It is near the top of the wall, so can I just go out beyond the gutter and have the exit 15" beyond the wall with nothing above the vent cap or does the 3' minimum with no overhang also apply to the pipe itself?

My other option would be to go up through the roof - something I couldn't do myself, but assuming this option, how high above the roof would the vent pipe need to go? I have a 12/12 roof and this is the front corner of the garage near the street, If the vent would have to be too tall, I don't like this option for aesthetic reasons.

I was hoping to have everything done besides the gas - I was going to have someone licensed do that for when the gas company came to set the meter, I have that paperwork, etc. It looks like I may have to have someone do my venting as well.

If my current hanging location doesn't seem to be very conducive to some good-looking venting, I may have to rethink the hanging location - but then I would need to have a much longer gas pipe run. I can rehang the heater which saves me the cost of someone else doing that part, but I was hoping for more.

Thoughts?

3' from the center line of of the meter to a height of 15' above the meter is what I have always seen on every vent clearance chart.

12/12 pitch roof would need 4' of vent sticking out.

So if I go 3’ horizontally off the centerline if the meter, can I vent with less vertical clearance?
