Rheem heat pump defrost board interchange question

In have a Rheem heat pump 13 seer 2 ton model rpnl-024JAZ , my question is my unit has an original defrost board Emerson with a number 47-102685-02 the board I believe is bad. Will a Emerson board number 47-102685-07 be a plug and play direct interchange , it looks the exact same but can't get anyone to give me an answer. This Nebraska weather is brutal right now and my electric backup is on, I would like to get this defrost board fixed.

Oem might use almost the original part number but their timing, temperatures and might not or might have a added terminal. A plug that plugs into the board could be a different type or placement. Replacement
