I own a service station (Warren Esso) and planning on building a 42x80 shop with two doors on the long side. Hopefully going geo-thermal and saw this site with garage plans. Looks like a great site so thought I would join.
Welcome! My aunt and uncle lived there years ago. Next door was a retired nurse who had a 40 Oldsmobile coupe in her garage. Tried buying it a couple times from her over the years. Who knows, might still be there???
