Ridgid 1425 pressure test pump

Just acquired a Ridgid 1425 test pump, but when using it the piston sometimes get "stuck" when pumping - and one have to back up and then it might work or not, but eventually it will be able to pressed down.

I suspect maybe the non-return valve are the source of problem - I can't find any mechanical failures - is there anything one can do to "refresh" the valves? (it's been sitting for ages AFAIK).

Also anyone know where parts would be available for this one ? (I'v found the parts catalog but no part numbers seem to show up on google etc....)

I'm after the "hoses" that sits on the pump housing - so any alternative suggestions would be appreciated......

Thnx for the feedback - got it sorted, all was due to a leak in a hose when pressure built up - working fine now ....
